Polyurethane composite plate is made of two layers of waterproof color coating steel plate or other metal plates as surface panel with the middle filled with inflaming retarding polyurethane hard foam and is the best heat insulating material in the world. It can be used for the roof and wall for big industrial workshop, warehouse, exhibition, stadium, refrigerator and clean workshop with the functions of heat preservation, heat insulating, weight bearing and waterproof with splendid color and beautiful appearance.

1. Light weight: 6~14kg/㎡, convenient and flexible installation, it doesn’t need big lifting equipment with short construction cycle and low comprehensive cost.

2. High loading capacity: high strength and rigidity, it can be used as weight bearing structure and building envelope.

3.    Outstanding heat insulating performance: average thermal conductivity is 0.023w/m.k.

4. Outstanding fireproof performance: it is tested by state fireproof building materials quality supervision and test center; the indices reach Grade 1 of GB8624B.

Flexible use: Since it applies continuous product line with fully computer control, the length of sandwich plate can be customized according to the design requirements, transportation and installation conditions. Different thicknesses of sandwich plate can be applied for different roof load and purlin distance.
